Do you only look at the website?

No. A lot of lost orders are caused behind the page: a shipping rate that surprises people at checkout, a discount stack that gives away margin, a best-seller out of stock with no back-in-stock path. Those show up in the audit with a recommendation next to each one.

Do I need a lot of traffic for A/B tests?

Accepted Answer

For a statistically clean test, yes. If you are not there yet, I skip the testing theater and ship the structural fixes that are known to work, then measure before and after.

Conversion rate, AOV or LTV, which first?

Accepted Answer

Usually the leaks first, because a checkout that loses people wastes every other improvement. Then AOV, the fastest to move. LTV is the slowest lever but the one that compounds.

Will this touch my live theme?

Accepted Answer

Only when you say so. Changes are built on a duplicate theme or behind a test, checked on desktop and mobile, and published with your go-ahead.

The first look is free. From there each service is a fixed price, one-time or monthly. Development is always quoted separately and only if you want me to do the build.
