WHAT IT DOES

The problem — and the fix.

Most 'locked product' apps just hide a button in the theme — trivially bypassed. KeyVault enforces access where it actually matters: a Shopify checkout validation function blocks a locked item from being purchased unless a valid key is present.

Locking is metafield-based, so you can lock a whole product or a single variant from the admin resource picker. Issue keys, track redemptions, and run VIP drops or wholesale gates that genuinely hold.
